To qualify the successful candidate must have studied corporate finance, accounting, and strategy and have strong analytical competencies, excellent communication skills and being a team player. Importantly the candidate must understand and relate to the principles of value investing as practiced by legendary Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger from Berkshire Hathaway, Benjamin Graham, and Kenneth Fisher.
